Beautiful view & super spacious!!
Loved our stay! The condo was super spacious and had a great view off uptown lights while not being super high up (for people scared of heights like me). We checked in late and had issues with the door, but the host was very patient and responded quickly! The sheets were super comfy too!! Plus it was in a great location, only a short ride for everything we wanted to do! Next time we are in Charlotte, we will definitely look for this place first!

The condo was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. We slept so well in the comfy bed. The views were beautiful. We felt safe and secure as well which is very important. If we get to come back to Charlotte, this is where we’ll stay!

Great condo with good location
We were in town for a convention. Beautiful condo with great view of the city. The parking on-site was great but we also used public transit. The walk to the rail was about 10 minutes and got us to the convention center easily. Very clean.

Uptown Charlotte Condo
The property was in a great location, right off the highway. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was very spacious and well maintained. The secured parking garage was a little dark and loud but did not take away from loving this location at all. Host was very responsive.

Overall good but could be great
My experience was a bit mixed. While the location was great and the apartment served its purpose, there were some notable shortcomings. Communication regarding check-in and check-out could have been more prompt and proactive, requiring me to take the initiative. Moreover, the absence of basic amenities such as hangers, laundry detergent, and a toaster was quite surprising and inconvenient. These are essentials that I would expect to be provided. Overall, while the location and the space was a highlight, there are definite areas for improvement in terms of communication and amenities provision. In addition, I found that the furnished furniture appeared to be on the cheaper side, possibly from Wayfair, and unfortunately, it wasn't very comfortable. This detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Overall it was a good stay for the money but could be great with some minor improvements

We stayed 2 nights. It was a very spacious condo, very nicely decorated and very quiet. The nighttime views from the balcony were awesome. We were close to downtown. Parking downtown is not good so plan accordingly. We had a great stay.

Nice condo, but needs some attention. I discussed some things with Freddie, whom I believe to be the owner, so maybe by the time you rent, the repairs may be done. Pros: The location is right off the highway so it's convenient. The condo was clean and the beds are comfortable. Very secure building. Cons: No ironing board. You can only stream on the TVs. Carpet in the larger room needs a shampooing. The string in the same room to the drapes is broken. Shower in the smaller room bath backed up but Freddie was quick to address it. Filter needed to be changed on the refrigerator so it didn't make ice. Condensation stains need to be addressed in larger room.

This condo was even bigger than the photos looked online!! The kitchen had everything we needed to host and the host was prompt in answering our questions. The whole process was easy to navigate and we had a lovely stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This place has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Fred was extremely resoinsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants within walking distance. The pool was never crowded, and the parking was covered and secured. Highly recommend.
