This incredible home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac on nearly two acres of fully fenced-in land and offers breathtaking lake views. The property offers a very private feeling which will allow you to truly escape during your vacation. The property features a three-car garage, recently upgraded with air conditioning and heating and converted into a spacious game room. Enjoy year-round sunsets from the screened-in porch, and relax by the luxurious dock on deep water. The backyard is designed for entertaining, with a spa, pool, large fire pit and an expansive outdoor kitchen and dining area with ceiling fans. While we hope you enjoy all the outdoor areas have to offer, you will never miss your favorite sporting event or television show as Livin' Large boasts 14 TVs.
With 7 bedrooms (5 of which provide lake views and en-suite bathrooms), 5.5 bathrooms, and the ability to comfortably sleep 20 people, Livin' Large is perfect for families of any size. Need accessibility? The home features an elevator for convenience that is available upon request. The basement boasts a bar area with a wine fridge, providing an ideal setting for gathering and relaxation while watching your favorite sporting event on the 70” flat screen television.

Main Level -
As you enter Livin' Large, you're welcomed by a grand foyer with a beautiful main staircase. The main-level queen bedroom is to the right of the foyer, providing easy access for those seeking convenience. A few steps further into the home, you'll find the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas---perfect for gathering and entertaining.
The spacious living room offers stunning lake views and has two comfortable couches, a large TV and a fireplace. You'll also have direct access to the screened-in porch, which boasts a new outdoor couch and chaise and dining table for outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, just outside the screened in porch is a grill and griddle (delightful for cooking up breakfast). Adjacent to the living room is the large, square dining table, which comfortably seats 12.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. Recently renovated with sleek quartzite countertops, it is equipped with double ovens, two stoves (one gas and one electric), a warming drawer, and a new dishwasher---everything you need to prepare meals for your entire group.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level, offering a king-size bed, lake and pool views, a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a jetted tub.
Upper Level -
The upper level is designed primarily for sleeping and relaxation. It includes three bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area at the end of the hall. This area features a TV and a queen sleeper sofa.
The first bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite Jack & Jill bath, providing easy hall access.
The second bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is a kid-friendly bunk room, which sleeps up to six people, with two queen beds and two twin beds, a TV, and a card table.
Lower Level -
The lower level is the heart of the home's entertainment space. Here, you'll find a spacious bar area perfect for adults to unwind, complete with five bar stools, a wine fridge, a full refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The family room features a large sectional sofa for plenty of seating and a large TV for movie nights or sports games.
The lower level also boasts two king suites, each with en-suite bathrooms (one of which also has a direct exit to the backyard) and beautiful lake views. For those needing to work during their vacation, the office area is fully equipped with two desks and a twin bed---though we hope you won't be working too much and will instead enjoy the surroundings.
Outdoor Oasis -
Step outside to experience the true beauty of Livin' Large. The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a spa-like pool with a hot tub, tanning deck, and stunning lake views. The outdoor kitchen includes two seating areas, ceiling fans, a grill, a mini fridge, and a TV---making it the perfect spot for entertaining. Just a few steps away, a newly renovated, large and spacious fire pit area is perfect for winding down after a day of fun, with firewood provided. Trust us, there is room for everyone.
Dock and Lake Access -
Down at the dock, you'll find plenty of space for water activities. Whether you're hopping into the lake for a swim, docking your rental boat or jet skis, or using one of the four kayaks or stand-up paddleboards, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Notably, the dock features a covered area for boat docking and two jetski ramps.

Please note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell at the front and rear entrances of the property facing outwards.

*** Free early check-in / late check-out applies to Friday through Sunday bookings only. Check-in Friday at 2pm and check-out Sunday at 7pm, subject to availability, excludes holidays and must contact us to confirm eligibility
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
