Terrific property highlighted by an amazing back porch to enjoy the Fall and lake views. Great location on the lake in a quiet cove. Easy process for checking in and out and everything was as advertised.

Perfect setting for a family vacation
We spent a week here for a family vacation. There were 12 of us staying at the home from ages 10 to 70+. There was plenty of space and activities to do. The kids fished off the dock, swam, and also went tubing on the lake. The layout was ideal for my parents, with a bedroom on the ground floor with minimal steps to navigate. The home is high quality, one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful views and property. Great amenities. Kitchen well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Huge covered porch with grill, tv and plenty of seating. Owners were very responsive and accommodating with a few special requests. Book it!

We enjoyed the property very much. We had a day of Rain but the outdoor patio kept us dry and still enjoying the outdoors. We recommended this to our neighbors who will be visiting the area soon.

Our extended family had a great long Holiday weekend! The house is beautiful, just as advertised. It sits right on the lake with very little slope to the water. Great dock and lots of space to play! The hosts were great to work with and communicated quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Home for Family Vacation!
Beautiful home and property! Our family spent most of our time in the water or relaxing on the back deck. If you enjoy water sports, it’s a perfect location. We brought with us a boat, wave runners, paddle boards and kayaks. We didn’t need to leave the property except to go to the grocery store.

Lovely Large Lake House
Great location on Lake Norman. Close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet canal great for floating, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming. House was well set up for two families with extra large back porch that was shady so we could use it all day. S’mores down by the lake at the fire pit was a big hit too

Quality, luxury, and Entertainment- all included!
The property is definitely understated in the description. The furniture, accessories, and amenities are all high quality and you truly feel like you are in a luxurious home. We had a lot of rain over the Memorial Day holiday weekend but both kids and adults were entertained by foosball, ping pong and the multiple large screen TVs. The enormous deck overlooking the lake allowed us to enjoy being outdoors, even when the weather wasn’t cooperating. I would highly recommend this property for any large get together with family and friends who have high expectations. We will be back!

Annual Cousins Reunion
We are grandparents of 6 who live across the east coast. Annually we splurge for a vacation home to reunite our 3 grown children and their spouses plus the grands ages 1-5. This home was perfectly situated on the lake with a protected swimming area for the tots away from boat traffic, plus a spacious and shaded lawn for outdoor play. Also it has a nice garage space with clean floors filled with ping pong and foos ball and other games. This house was immaculately clean upon arrival. Very responsive hosts and details communicated quickly when requested. This was not a problem (as we adapted) but there’s only one deep soaking tub in the large primary en-suite bath. All other bathrooms have showers only. We had 3 littles age 2 and under so each family shared that tub so the unaccustomed littles did not have to use the shower or the kitchen sink. So if traveling with small children who need baths, maybe bring one of those little portable tubs. The kitchen is well appointed and the large dining room table and spacious outdoor porch areas were the best used house spaces by our large group of 14. We did bring portable high chairs for our 3 littles. We brought our own kayaks and canoes and PFDs and used one of the kayaks provided by the hosts. But we were happy to see all the PFD safety gear in the owners garage closet. We did not let any children on the dock space without PFDs, the dock does move with wave and wake motion, so be advised with littles. Thanks

Family Reunion
Property was even more amazing than the pictures. Owners were very responsive and supportive and easy to deal with. We had an A/C issue on main floor and they responded immediately, got folks on the job and within hours, and not an easy fix, had it up and running. Talk about great responsiveness! We had a family reunion of 12 adults and the house flowed nicely and never felt crowded. I would totally recommend staying here and would do so again.
