Lake Norman Waterfront Penthouse Condo

The views of Lake Norman are wonderful. Sip morning coffee on one of two decks while watching the professional water skiers practice or maybe catch the amazing sunset on the top sun deck with your favorite beverage. This condo has 3 bedrooms, two with king size beds and the third with a queen size bed. There are 2 full baths, the master also has a jetted soaking tub. Sitting balcony off the living room and sun deck steps off the loft bar. The community pool is gated and private for the condo’s use only. Two restaurants on site, both with fabulous outdoor patios, couldn't be more convenient to catch an evening of live music on the waterfront. A Salon/Spa is our newest neighbor. Did I mention our building does have an elevator! One of the very few buildings with one and we're the closest condo to it! We have lake access for swimming and kayaking but the docks in the photos are privately owned and will not allow access.

Stay was perfect except for the humoungus hole in the celing of the master bedroom. Completely understand needing to fix issues, but this shoudl have been disclosed to us

A lovely place
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice, just as depicted in the listing, and well-appointed with everything you might need for a week. The view is great and it is very convenient to all areas around Lake Norman. Two restaurants onsite were a bonus, plus it’s very convenient to nice grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

We stayed at this wonderful penthouse condo for 4 nights for 2 family college graduations in the area. Beautifully decorated and included everything you would need to relax and unwind. We would highly recommend!

Great location on the lake
The condo had a lot of space and was well appointed. The owners obviously made an investment in the space. It felt like a luxury hotel rather than a typical rental property. Great views of the lake and access to nearby amenities. We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again.

Labor Day get away
We so enjoyed our stay, the condo was beautiful, well, equipped, neat and organized and very comfortable. Beautiful location, right on the water with easy access to restaurants, stores in the highway. The description was right on the money, especially about that two beautiful decks. The host was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any emails with inquiries before and during our stay. we will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property

The property owners have done an exceptional job with the appointments in the condominium. High quality and very comfortable. I would stay there again. The overall outside premises could use attention, but convenient to the lake and access to several restaurants made it an enjoyable stay.

Three old friends staying at Lake Norman
Overall, this was a very nice three bedroom condo with a great view over the lake. It had everything we needed. Appliances are a little bit dated, but the owner communicated with me that this will probably change in the near future. Beds were very comfortable. The place was nicely taken care of. I would have no hesitation staying here again in the future.

2nd stay at a gem
Location, location, location. We live close to this unit but our home doesn't have the luxury of a water view so we like to stay here where we can sit on the upper or lower porch and look out over the lake. We also like being able to park the car and just walk to either of the excellent restaurants. The unit was refreshed significantly from our previous stay with new flooring and paint. Of course it helped that the weather in early fall was totally awesome!

Great views
The condo is cozy, cute, and great size for 2 or 3 couples. Only issue we had was the toilet was plugged up in the shared bathroom when we got there and plunger in that bathroom was broken, so had to use the one from master bathroom. Also, 1 of the bath towels had grease stains on it, but there were others available. Not huge issues, and rest of the place more than made up for that! Beds very comfy and kitchen had all pots/pans/gadgets we could need! The top floor was really nice to sit on deck in evening, watching sunset. Also was great to walk downstairs to 2 different restuarants when didn't cook at condo. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it!

Nice waterfront condo.
The condo was very nice and the decor was really cute. The third floor provides nice views of the lake. There were some things missing that I expected to be there, such as body soap in the Master, a bath mat, and more than 1 bath towel. The floor in the Master bath is tile so we had to use our 1 washcloth to step on when getting out of the shower. Also, the guest room ceiling light and fan didn’t work at all. The condo is right next to one of the best restaurants on the lake, Eddie’s, so that was nice. You can’t use the dock at the condo, but we found Stutz marina to be a great option! We would stay here again, but we would bring soaps, shampoos and towels.
