This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Charlotte. It is always a pleasure to stay there. And the staff is very nice. Clean environment, and there's excellent shopping right across the street.

I like how the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our kids enjoyed the pool and there was a wide variety of breakfast options, although the bananas were overly ripe. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and pretty clean. Overall, we had a great experience.
