Hideaway Cove | Private Dock, Firepit, New Build

We are excited to introduce Hideaway Cove! This new-construction home was just completed and welcomes up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a brand new pool.

Nestled on the shores of Lake Norman, Hideaway Cove was built to be the perfect lakefront rental for entertaining. The open-concept main level is open and airy, allowing plenty of seating options and space for guests. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all open to one another, with vaulted ceilings, deck access, and views of the lake.

The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare all your group's meals. It has large stainless appliances, an island with seating for four, and a large pantry to store all your food! The kitchen is crisp, clean, light, and bright, making meal prep a delight! The pocket door in the kitchen provides a small office with 2 desks and chairs if some need to work during your Lakecation!

The dining area adjacent to the kitchen features a large farm table with seating for 12. The living room has two large sofas facing one another and two swivel chairs to allow for comfy nights by the fire. Off the living room is the perfect deck with a ceiling fan, large sectional, TV, and gas fireplace! This is the ideal location for quiet time with your morning cup of Joe or apres lake beverage!

The main level boasts a primary suite with a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a soaking tub with large picture windows of the lake. Rounding off the main level is another ensuite bedroom with 2 queen beds sleeping 4.

The lower level has three more bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a family room. The kitchenette (with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave) is perfect for prepping meals to grill out and dine al fresco at the two large outdoor tables. There is also a table with seating for 6 to enjoy a meal while watching other guests play our favorite: Shuffleboard! The family room also has a couch with a large TV and board games.

On one side of the family room, there are two bedrooms: a bunk room with two twin XL over queen beds sleeping six and a king bedroom. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, which features dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. On the opposite side is one more bedroom suite with a king bed and attached bathroom.

The exterior of Hideaway Cove is where your vacation truly begins. Most of your time will be spent outside between the deck, patio, pool, fire pit, and dock. Your crew has many options! The pool is salt water with a tanning ledge, perfect for all ages. An out door shower is provided to for all guests to rinse off after a long day on the lake or pool!

A few steps down is the leveled, fenced-in yard with a fire pit (wood provided). The kids can make s'mores while the adults sit around and recap the fantastic lake days! If games are your thing, this house has corn hole and large connect four for all guests to use! The house offers some fun lake toys, including 3 kayaks, 2 double kayaks a paddle board, along with a Kayaarm which is a kayak launch system to ease getting them in and out of the water and an assortment of life jackets.

Let's not forget the dock area with a fishing deck and swim platform. including a swim ladder to get in & out of the water. Lake Norman has no restrictions, so it is perfect for extreme water sports like water skis and wakeboards! Your private dock is large enough to accommodate several watercraft, so you can take advantage of our multiple-day boat rentals (third-party information available once booked) and keep your toys close at hand.

- The house has a paddle boards, 3 single kayaks, and 2 double kayak for guest use.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. However, pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that events and parties are not allowed.

Parking Details:
- Maximum of 5 cars allowed onsite.
- No parking on the grass or street.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
