Bed was very uncomfortable and fridge was too noisy we barely sleep whole night it was a nightmare ! Very disappointed and on top of that flow of hot water was slow and in the morning due to electricity outrage water was cold I couldn’t take shower and had to leave the hotel like that. 😔😔

It would be nice if the advertised airport shuttle actually serviced CLT. Most of the gym equipment was not functional. However, very clean and comfortable, free evening light dinner and breakfast was above average, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would stay again if there was a CLT shuttle.

We landed after 9pm and it was easy to check in. The room was satisfactory. The shower head wasn’t great and wasn’t able to be adjusted while on the wall. Otherwise the hotel was quiet with a phenomenal breakfast. If needed I will stay here again.
