With an open concept space with homey appeal. This 1 loft style king bedroom, including a king bed and a futon, ensures everyone will find their perfect spot to relax. The main bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub combo and hair dryer and straightener provide convenience and comfort. Half bath with washer and dryer located on the 1st floor.

Experience the cool vibes of this charming house and make your stay truly unforgettable.

We are located in a great area, 10 minutes to Davidson, Mooresville, Concord, Cornelius, Huntersville less than 8 miles from each. 15 minutes to the speedway. And only 20 minutes to Charlotte city center.

Horseshoe pit, Games, BBQ and firepit available for family fun time.

Extra comfy Queen air mattress can be available if needed
