Country setting but close to the city

Country feeling. Lots of land around 40 acres. trails to take a walk around. pound on site. Lake across the hwy for fishing kayaking ect.

We have goats on site that love to play.

We are just 15 min from downtown Lansing.

It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. Needless to say whatever you do don't stay at this place it's a dump. Needless to say whatever you do don't stay at this place it's a dump
