The Space:
Our mission is to make you feel safe while you travel and we take that very seriously. That’s why we use medical grade disinfectant between each guest, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Immerse yourself in a lively, energetic city, while enjoying a quiet neighborhood. This home accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy two separate common areas providing plenty of space and seating to enjoy time together during your stay.

Prepare and enjoy a tasty meal in the fully functioning kitchen including toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls & utensils. Start your mornings with a refreshing cup of complimentary coffee or tea!

Remote workers and learners utilize the private desk and high speed internet throughout the house. Relax in the family room to a nice book, or in the lower den with our flat screen and streaming cable.

Upstairs features a spacious master with queen bed, tv, and plenty of closet space. Also upstairs are two guest rooms, one with a queen bed, and one with a full sized day bed and private desk, and a full bathroom.

Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our large furnished patio and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The yard is nestled on a beautiful wooded street and is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
SouthPark is located just a few miles south of Uptown and is among the largest retail and business districts in the city. Go shopping at the prestigious SouthPark Mall, North Carolina’s largest shopping mall. Tour the beautiful open-air Phillips Place with high-end retail, dining, or a movie. Checkout Montford for additional restaurants, bars, or bowling at Park Lanes.

The home is settled on a central corridor with quick access to SouthPark and the rest of Charlotte. Plenty of Ubers are ready to take you anywhere you want to go.

Getting Around:
The home is settled on a central street with quick access to SouthPark and the rest of Charlotte. During rush hour guests may prefer to make a right turn out of the property. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and carport.

Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.

*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

MyTripify uses a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.

Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.

To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.

Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, MyTripify requires guests to purchase travel insurance.

Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of five cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.

Excessive Trash
All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag.

Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any MyTripify property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.

MyTripify is not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless MyTripify for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Power outage escape
Left our powerless home (hurricane Helene) for a weekend of AC, working lights and power outlets for devices. Unit was clean we had no issues. Good location near restaurants and stores.

Home needs condemned
This property is a health hazard and needs condemned by the city which I will be working on getting done before they kill someone from the excess amount of black mold. I am a general contractor and have had to completely gut homes to replace insulation and drywall due to the same black mold that is infesting this home. The worse part is they claim it was just dirt that never got cleaned and refused to remove the listing. They did issue me a full refund but that is beside the point. They could care less about the lives of people they are renting the home out to. My goal is to close this property and the company done to save the health and lives from the people they are scamming.

This Property Needs Help
We travel over 75 nights per year. This was a 1 month rental and it was the WORST property we've ever rented. Pros: location, water pressure Cons: old house, musty smell/air, rodents, rental policy Bottom line on this house; it needs to be taken off the rental market. It needs a ton of TLC. A cleaning service cannot clean what needs to be replaced. Tiles, grout, giant cracks in the ceiling, musty air smell, AC didn't cool house properly, GFI receptacle that kept resetting, splotchy paint repairs, mostly old furniture, giant gap in fence gate in backyard, overgrown trees at driveway, huge potholes in driveway entry, etc. We also experienced a rodent problem that took a week to resolve, making the entire bottom level of the house unusable (including the kitchen). In fairness, the property management company quickly responded to our challenges. But the house just needs to be shut down and fixed. Our number one complaint during this stay was the rental agreement and policy of My Tripify and VRBO. Apparently having mice in your house for 1 week is not reason enough to cancel your remaining stay and get a 100% refund for unused nights. Only a partial refund was offered and we would have lost a lot of money. My Tripify had the chance to do the "right" thing but chose not to. Again, great response times from them and they gave us $500 towards replacing our food and cleaned the kitchen. But the mice kept coming back, and we kept cleaning up droppings, daily for nearly a week.

Wasn’t the best experience. It’s a lovely property, great neighborhood and location however the property wasn’t guest ready in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. My biggest concerns were the dog waste in yard and cleanliness of the interior. I had a good amount of correspondences with the management and they were receptive to my feedback. Hope they make the proper improvements so that when the next guest arrives, it’s a better experience as the property has so much potential. Note additional form is needed outside of VRBO process but its easy to complete.

Wedding in Charlotte
Our family recently rented this house to attend our son’s wedding in Charlotte. We were very pleased with the home and the location. The home was clean and met our expectations! We were able to bring our family dog along and the fenced in backyard was a wonderful addition! We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future!! The interactions with the owner were positive.
