Cute little house, great neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay here. Close to a lot and we went to a concert and it was 20 mins from the venue and a great neighborhood. Private and comfortable and the beds are excellent! We would stay again

Great neighborhood!
Amazing, safe neighborhood. We had our small dog with us and enjoyed walking the area. Very dog friendly neighborhood. Walkable to Lowe's and Publix and several places to eat. The house is small but had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a Panthers game and the location was perfect for us - an easy walk to the stadium. The house was clean and as pictured, and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

Great for a quick stay
We were just passing through Charlotte on a road trip but wanted a nice place to sleep for the night with our infant daughter in a separate room that would be walkable to a good dinner and breakfast but be quieter than downtown. This was perfect for our needs and had all of the simple amenities we needed, easy parking and check-in, and was clean and comfortable. Good price per night too!

More than almost any place I’ve ever stayed in, this owner thought like a guest and provided multiples of necessities but also had many little things others don’t (extra COMFORTABLE blankets for one example). Our stay was delightful.

This was in a nice location and was a very walkable area. Everything was great, the only issue that we had was that we were unable to let our dog out into the yard because the grass was too high and there were areas in the fence where our dog could have escaped.

We came to the area for one night to visit Carowinds and needed a pet friendly home to stay in. The house was just as listed and fit our needs. It was easy to get to and the host was responsive.

This property is located in a great neighborhood. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, and a Publix. A fenced in back yard worked nice with the pups, and the area is quiet. We would definitely return to this location again

Overall, loved the stay!
We loved the place! Very nice and in a good part of town. The beds were comfortable and the home was cozy but did not feel small. Just a slight warning, there was no AC so the only escape from the summer heat were the bedrooms as they had window units. Overall, loved it!
