Summary:
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the peacefulness and serenity, while being only 30 min away from the city. Nestled in Mint Hill area , this beautiful and unique A-Frame house been fully renovated and equipped to entertain and to never disappoint. Escape to fresh air , warm fire and starry nights. Breakfast is provided. The house accommodates 6 adults 2kids, only 1 shower.

The Space:
The house is beautifully built and furnished to certainly give you a vacation feel. It consists of 3 floors . The main floor includes the living room , dinning room , fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom and beautiful outdoor patio with a grill. Upstairs includes a queen sized bed with a TV and a little balcony that overlooks the fire pit and beautiful lights . Lowest level sleeps 6 people and includes king sized bed , queen sized bed and a sofa sleeper in the living area. The house accommodates sleeping 6 adults comfortably. However , due to the uniqueness of the A-Shaped structure , it has only 1 shower.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all parts of the house . The shed near the house is locked and currently used for storage .

The Neighborhood:
Very quite neighborhood. The neighbors next door have a friendly dog that's getting older and likes to roam in the neighborhood. You might find him sometimes laying in the front yard because the guests been spoiling him and giving him treats all the time. Now he made it a habit to hang around the house, but he is very sweet :) He interacts perfectly with guests but may be intimidated by other dogs if you are brining any.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy the fire pit . There’s always wood stocked outside . The lighter and flame starter are in the closet near the kitchen

Short Getaway
We came to Charlotte for a concert and decided to make a week of it. The property was exactly as it was listed and so comfortable. We loved the character of the place and it just made the trip so much better. We loved the waffles! And the comfy surroundings! A great break from the grind- highly recommend!

Great place to stay!
Had a very great experience staying here this past weekend. Was a nice get away, and convenient location for our plans for the weekend. Overall, hours was clean and cozy! We enjoyed the pancakes included and the fire pit out front! Definitely will consider staying here again!

Great Stay with Easy Access to Downtown Charlotte
The house was very clean. Layout worked for us and we really enjoyed the stay. We came to Charlotte to see the March Madness basketball games and getting to and from the Spectrum Center was easy with little traffic. Mint Hill area offer nice restaurants and a unique brew pub (CharBar No7 and Pour 64). A nice stay.

This was the best rental we’ve ever booked!! There are so many amenities which made our stay even better than expected! Fully stocked kitchen with spices, coffee, tea options, and anything you need in table, drink and cookware. Same with laundry and bathroom supplies. Absolutely adorable place with so much charm! We will be definitely staying here anytime we come to town to visit family!

Nice wooded lot, clean home. Dogs loved playing fetch around the home. “Lived” on the lower level where the shower and king bed were. Convenient drive and door so items could be unloaded from the car.

Christmas Haven
This property was absolutely magical. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated and one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. It had ample space for 5-6 people and everything you could need in the kitchen. My immediate family stayed here leading up to my wedding and it made for a fantastic experience. I highly recommend!

My family stayed here on our way to Florida from Ohio. This quiet, roomy, adorable cabin was perfect for relaxing after a long drive. Very clean and welcoming. Charming decor with all the comforts of home. You won’t be disappointed with this wonderful home. We would love to stay here again.

Great little getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay here. A relative was getting married right down the road, so this was the perfect location. The house is packed with nearly everything you need for a stay, just bring your clothes and food and you’re set! Just far enough from the city to avoid traffic, but close enough to sneak in and enjoy a day on the town. Would gladly visit again!

Better Than Described!
This property was perfect! We rented the house for a long weekend to attend and wedding and it was better than they advertised. We've used rental sites many times and this was the most well appointed home we've rented. Exceeded our expectations and we are hoping to return again soon to visit and explore more of the area!

Great Getaway
We had a lovely weekend at this property. Our group included 6 adults and 2 younger kids. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. We enjoyed making waffles each morning. Yard was great for an egg hunt on Easter. The older members of our group had to take extra care on the spiral stairs, but had no issue. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Quaint A frame—well suited for small groups. Very well stocked with essentials. Living areas had good open spaces. We loved hanging out around the fire pit! Overall we had a wonderful weekend. The staircase was quite the topic of conversation for our group….need to be a bit nimble getting up and down!

Just Wonderful
I was so impressed with this house! EVERYTHING was thought of, I mean every little detail! You need nothing but your clothes and food. The house was spotless and so warmly decorated. I wish my trip was longer. I really enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the squirrels jump from tree to tree. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Very convenient to shops. House was very nice with country tranquil setting. V
Everything was very enjoyable and peaceful. Country setting but still 10 minutes from stores. Beds was very comfortable and house was very clean. Stairs getting to bed rooms are a little light and difficult to manage but everything else was awesome. Rented a week before Christmas and everything was decorated perfectly including outside lights, Would definitely recommend and would love to use this rental again.
