"When arriving, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. There was broken glass on the bedroom floor, which was hazardous and unacceptable. In addition, the lights did not turn on, making the glass only visible during the daytime. "I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely; however this time was very different. There is no one who checks you in or can troubleshoot in case you need anything. You call a number (True North)and the young lady says she will get housekeeping. Really? There is NO one there, not even an office anymore. The place is misnamed. "we loved our stay in this condo. the first floor meant easy access to everything outside. there were some issues with the internet that were taken care of immediately.everything we needed was there (i would suggest adding a baking sheet to the kitchen items). the whole place was very clean and i am very picky about that when my grandkids are staying,too!we enjoyed take out meals from "the caboose" around the bend.as it happened, our flights home were canceled and we needed to stay another night....
