Very Good 👍
It was a great location, loved the space, and it was very clean. It was right in town and unfortunately they were doing construction the last morning we stayed and that woke us up, but really that's just the luck of the draw. Otherwise it was perfect. Close to everything in town and had beautiful views!

The location is, hands down, excellent. There was some confusion in reaching Austen with the number he provided. The condo offered plenty of coffee choices, locally sourced sparkling wine, fizzy water and snacks. There were light fixtures and the battery-operated wall clock that didn’t work; the kitchen disposal didn’t turn on, and the shower drain was slow. It would have been helpful in having a set of instructions in advance about how to operate the combination lock on the door, especially when leaving. Knowing where to empty the trash would have been helpful as well.

Perfect location!
My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean (it even smelled freshly cleaned when we walked through the door for the first time). You can not beat the location. We enjoyed the balcony every night and on the weekend evenings, we enjoyed the live music from the park below. It was a front row seat for watching the sailboats every half an hour go under the bridge as well. The beds were also very comfortable. Probably the most comfortable beds from any VRBO we have visited.

Perfect location for Venetian Days…
We enjoyed our stay at the property! It was a perfect location to enjoy the festivities for the week. Restaurants and the beach were just steps away. Austen was very helpful with the check in and from there …everything went smoothly! We had a fantastic week.

We enjoyed the location
The location of the property couldn’t be any better. The property and building itself need some TLC. I’d pay $500 a night if the property owner did some simple cosmetic upgrades- upgrade to vinyl flooring, fix the screen sliders (all were broken or off the tracks, the center screen door was ripped and wasn’t functioning). And small attention to details like removing past guest pizza boxes from the refrigerator, remove any expired food from the property (there was a pack of trail mix left of the counter that expired in 2019). We love Charlevoix and in my opinion, you can’t get a better location for walking the downtown. 5k in improvements to the property would go a long way and probably fetch the owner a better return. Overall, I would stay there again, based on the location. The unit does need some work though.
