Heated garage makes parking in town a snap. Park the car and walk Everywhere. Beach is a beautiful walk down the Pine River Channel to the Lighthouse without setting foot on a city street. There is not a better location in Charlevoix.

The crown jewel of the north, East Park sits in the heart of downtown Charlevoix and is 50 yards from the front door of the condo. Renovated in 2008, the park is beautifully kept and the ideal location for a family picnic or community event. Nestled between the downtown shopping district and the Round Lake Yacht basin, East Park features the Odmark Music Pavilion where the Summer Concert Series takes place. Bring a towel because children of all ages will enjoy cooling off in the Fountain of Youth, a 30' diameter heated interactive water fountain with multiple water nozzles and choreographed lighting and music. Additionally, the East Park Trout Habitat is a fully functioning trout ecosystem. The habitat is designed to replicate the conditions found in a northern Michigan trout stream.

quick get away
My husband and I had a very nice stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching all of the boats. The location is perfect for walking downtown and enjoying all of the cute shops along the way. The condo was perfect and very comfortable.

The condo was like new and had plenty of space. The view was fantastic, and it was nice being able to walk to restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked, but you do need to bring your own coffee and sugar.

The perfect getaway!
The perfect property for our 'all girls' weekend. The accommodations were clean and spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We could have just stayed and enjoyed the view, but ventured out for some hiking at nearby parks. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful and spacious condo with a picturesque view of Round Lake and in-town conveniences. The unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay with two of our grandchildren. Girls Trip
Great place to stay for a girls trip in the area! Big kitchen, great patio to sit and comfortable beds. It was also nice to have the garage. The only feedback we have is for more light in the back bedroom and finding what switches go with what as we never were able to turn certain lights on.

Great Location, very nice condo with everything you need! Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! Only thing to know if you use the garage, the door in there does not go to the unit. Must enter unit from the main entrance which was no problem just didn't realize it.

5 Grandma's from 4 different cities in MI met for a vacation.
Great time, only one issue: parking, there is only 1 place to park. All other cars had to parked a block and a half away in a public parking lot.

The unit was very nice and we loved the view. The small sunroom was great, .
The unit was very large and clean. ( Loved it ) The only problems we had were finding the garage as there were no numbers on the garage doors or window. Also we didn't bring any wash cloths and there were only 4 for two people.over 3 days.

Great Fall Getaway
As our trip was in late October and early November, we thought we may have missed the fall colors. However a trip through the tunnel of trees was wonderful. Almost no traffic. Had plenty of time to take plenty of photos. We walked the beaches several times in search of Petoskey stones. The condo was neat and clean, loved the lay out. Plenty of room. Had a few small problems. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful location
A little slow getting the check in info from the Hosts. Very nice location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were a little early in the season so some things weren’t open yet or fully staffed. The floor plan of the unit was a little different but we kind of liked it. Spent many hours sitting on the glass enclosed veranda watching the boats in marina. Appliances were a little dated but functional. Overall, we would come back again.

Overall a great location and large space, on the lake side of one of the best streets in Charlevoix! Would recommend updating listing details, photos, and check-in instructions. Photos are actually underwhelming for the condo and it is much nicer (and larger) in person! Check-in instructions mentioned a garage number that we were not able to locate, would recommend clearer signage on exterior of garage and updating listing to clarify that garage can only be accessed by exiting the building. Would also recommend clarifying what toiletries/amenities are included.

We Fell in Love with Charlevoix, MI !!
This was our first time to visit Charlevoix and we were very blessed to stay here for ten days. It was the off season in April but we still found plenty to do. The views from the condo were beautiful and the location was amazing!! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very nice owners with great communication skills. You can walk to just about everywhere as you are in close proximity to shops, restaurants, John Cross Fisheries, the library, the drawbridge, the lighthouse, Lake Michigan beach and some of the mushroom houses. There was absolutely no crowds in April and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the off season. We enjoyed the simple things: Looking for and finding Petosky stones, watching sunsets over Lake Michigan, watching the boats in Round Lake, eating smoked fish (whitefish, salmon and trout) from John Cross Fisheries, walking to the lighthouse, trying to choose our favorite mushroom house and buying books that were on sale for $1.00-$2.00 at the public library. We also spent time in Petosky, hiked the SkyBridge Michigan in Boyne Falls and spent one day at Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island. All were very easy drives. We would love to visit here again !!

Hideaway in the heart of town
In need of relaxing and a quick getaway for my 60th Birthday, this condo fit the bill and then some. After parking our car in the included garage, we didn’t drive it again until three days later. The harbor views, comfortable furnishings, quick access to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries gave us options to eat out or dine in, (utilizing the fully stocked kitchen) and made it difficult to leave “our nest” for long. LOL. Truth be told, the condo was extremely spacious, but we always found ourselves curled up in the comfy wing back chairs in the sunroom. We read, had meals there and just chilled, watching the boats come and go, and all the birds: two eagles, ducks, loons, swans, the ubiquitous gulls…we didn’t even mind the rain. The Grey Gables for dinner was our best meal in town, and the tiny Harbor View Cafe by Olsen’s market offered one of the best breakfasts we had. We also took advantage of a great local photographer to get some candid photos. Michael Murphy IV was fabulous and his skill and personality made for a relaxing and enjoyable session. Guess what everyone is getting for Christmas? Ha! We also made time to visit two nearby parks and found our fill of Petoskey and Charlevoix stones. Mt. McSauba Recreation area is a close drive away and perfect for hiking. We’re already thinking about coming back to enjoy the fall colors. Can’t rave enough!

Huge lovely condo!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is huge, and even lovelier than the pictures. Very clean as well. We had everything we needed there. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels in bathrooms & kitchen, lots of towel bars & hooks, and huge closets! It’s a good location, you can walk to anything you want in downtown Charlevoix, East park on Round Lake & the marina, or to Lake Michigan beach & the gorgeous red lighthouse! It’s also a good base location for exploring the other areas such as Petoskey (great beach at the state park, great shops, and check out Roast & Toast Cafe downtown), Harbor Springs (adorable, quiet, upscale area), Boyne City (dinner at Cafe Sante was delicious, go early to take advantage of the great happy hour specials), Mackinac Island (the ferry over to the island is so fun, rent bikes to explore the island!). Oh and if you like to bike, definitely check out Little Traverse Wheelway! It’s 26 miles of mostly flat riding along the beautiful Little Traverse Bay/ Lake MI! The best food we had in Charlevoix was the fresh fish from John cross fisheries! We had everything we needed to bake it at the condo, and we got lots of fresh veggies, cheese,& bread from the farmers mkt (in East Park on thurs am) and had a wonderful dinner at “home”. The only negative we could say about the condo is no one’s fault, merely the fact that because you are right downtown next to restaurants you hear food delivery trucks early in the morning during the week. Nothing you can really do about this, we maybe only noticed it more because we live in the quiet country, not town/ city.
