Welcome to Charlevoix the Beautiful! This private home, with a large yard, is situated nicely between Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix and downtown in a family friendly neighborhood close to two playgrounds. Within a few blocks, you can enjoy beaches, the city boat launch, city marina, restaurants, groceries, shopping, and downtown. 25 miles to Boyne Mountain and the Skybridge. Enjoy the entire house, large yard and the sound of nature. Spend time with your coffee on the front porch or back patio and just relax. You are welcome to bring and park your camper or boat in the large driveway. You'll love the new remodel from top to bottom and hosts that are nearby to help with any unexpected needs.

Wedding weekend getaway
This was a cute little getaway for our weekend in Charlevoix, where we came to attend a wedding at Castle Farms. The home was nicely appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The host provided excellent communication in the days leading up to our visit.

Modern, cute and cozy summer home
I stayed here for 3 nights with 3 teenagers. We were all very impressed with how cute the home was and how well stocked it was with everything from Keurig pods to Q-Tips. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Charlevoix. It was very close to many things. The house was clean and had the things we needed. We would be happy to stay again if our travels ever bring us back to Charlevoix.

Great location, clean and well stocked!
Our group of 5 girls away for a girls weekend was very impressed with how well stocked this house was. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to go to which is nice so you can avoid the downtown traffic. The listing was accurate and the check in/check out process simple. This is a great find and we will stay again when we’re able to get back to the area.

Don’t miss this perfect place!
I can’t say enough about this cottage! The inside is decorated beautifully, very clean with absolutely everything we could possibly need for four days! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms - perfect for us! We had to contact the owners twice to ask a question and they responded immediately! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Shelley and Jeff!

Our family enjoyed a nice long weekend taking in Charlevoix and the surrounding area's. This home was clean, cozy and in great location with the downtown just a short walk away.

Great weekend getaway
Rented this for a wedding at Castle Farms Labor Day weekend with our two kids and in-laws. My inaws have never been in or rented a VRBO! They were blown away! The house was perfect for us, the four of us took the upstairs bedroom and my in-laws were on the main floor. We each had our space and bathroom which was perfect. The location was great- just a short 10 minute walk to the downtown, we did it a few times a day. We brought bikes and that was great to bike around town. The house was small and quaint but super clean and had all the amenities we needed!

My wife and toddlers stayed here. We are particular about cleanliness especially because of the kids, and this place was great. Well stocked with misc things like coffee and pots/pans. Our code didn’t work at check in but owner messaged us within minutes with updated code. Good location for walking to downtown and the main beach. Other things to do in the area like castle farms (outside of town) are a short drive. Would recommend for a family vacation.

Shelly & her husband have a little jewelbox cottage here. Lovely, quiet & walkable, my sons & I delighted in our days spent in their house. Am a 'clean freak', the house met high standards!
