"The property is beautiful, the flowers in the gardens, the lizards, the hummingbirds, the nightime frog serenade were all amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and the food was excellent. The staff are the best thing about the place - charming, friendly and helpful. We dined in the old sugar kiln and the service and food were second to none."

"Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so appreciative of their kindness. I will definitely stay there again "

"The amenities in the room was excellent. I arrived around mid-day well before the 3:00pm check in time and longed to take a rest after a long day. The reception Staff, Tamika, was gracious. She said the room was ready and she was prepared to checked us in which she did. This was a great relief and it made my day and the stay at the property just right. "
