"The location was good for a family event in Walpole, NH. There was difficulty is getting into the room since the code was in correct. the problem was resolved with 15 minutes and the code was reset. We waited in the downstairs Living Room which was confortable. The room was cozy and clean. "

"I love this place - the only issue was the heater in the room would not regulate - it was a steady 79 degrees no matter how much we tried to lower the thermostat. We followed instructions but we could not lower it"

"Didn't like that no staff was available or reachable! Power out - no response. Check-in problems - no staff or response. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks."

"You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. "

"The property is exactly like the pictures indicate. The house is in a friendly neighborhood outside of town. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The host responds to your messages in timely manner, and, she is very workable. Would definitely stay there again "

"The tiny houses were cute and well equipped. They were ideal for 2 friends traveling together having their own space. I would definitely rent this property again. Only negative was having 3 empty propane tanks when we wanted to use the fire table(something to be added to the maintenance checklust) however once i text them they dropped a fresh tank off that same evening."

"All in all it was a great trip. The place was very cute and as described. The upstairs bedrooms are not for light sleepers as the walls only go so far up so they are not really divided. I had read this in other reveiws but honestly for us it wasn't a problem. We went as a family group and it was kind of nice to be able to lay in bed and talk to the others in the room next to you. When we got there the hot tub was so hot that we were not able to get in. Maybe a problem with the thermostat but...
