Beautiful place that’s more exciting for some over others
The room and common areas are exactly as pictured - beautiful and clean. The price was great for the location and check-in was easy. There are plenty of snacks in the lobby available throughout the day and the breakfast sandwiches hit the spot. My only complaint is that the description does not include the fact that this place is listed in many a Charleston Haunts books and they play up the “historical” nature of eerie events with descriptions in each of the rooms. If this is exciting to you, or no big deal, then you will love it. If it’s not your thing then this may not be your place.

Dropped my daughter at College of Charleston and this was the perfect spot to stay. Beautiful room, lovely pool and very responsive to questions. Wanted to stay there for a return visit but they were already booked. Saved for future visits!!

Great place!
We were only in Charleston for a night on our way to Richmond but this bed and breakfast fit our needs perfectly. I loved the beauty and character of the home.It was quiet and the bed was so comfortable; we had everything we needed. The gentleman at the desk even helped us with our luggage up the stairs and wouldn’t accept a tip. We definitely want to return to Charleston one day for a longer stay and would consider staying here again. I highly recommend it!

A charming and easy stay bnb
This was a perfect spot for my recent stay in downtown Charleston. It's in a great location with a quick walk to King Street and to several restaurants. The room was easy to get in and out of, though be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. It's a small bnb, so there was no competition for a pool chair, which was nice; the pool itself was perfectly refreshing after walking around in the sun. I would definitely stay here again for a low key Charleston visit.
