Charleston Blue House
Excellent property had everything we needed and was accessible to shopping and great restaurants. This host was super responsive and accommodate a late check out last minute. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Blue House
House was spacious and clean with plenty of room for seven people. Check in was smooth and host was readily available. I would recommend this property to a friend and/or stay again.

Perfect Family Getaway
My family spent a long weekend in Charleston to celebrate my birthday. The house was a perfect place for us to hang out - on the porches, in the hot tub and in the large common spaces. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the whole house is well equipped. We were close enough to walk to restaurants and the grocery story and a quick uber from everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were gracious and accommodating and made excellent recommendations for dining. Highly recommend!

BAMA Belles say ROLL TIDE ROLL!
From the moments we saw the house, we thought it was charming! Upon entering, we realized the care and great furnishings the owner had provided. The kitchen and gathering rooms downstairs were our favorites. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were exceptional. Outside balconies and front porch added to the casual and and comfortable feel.

Girls trip to Charleston
We had a fantastic time in Charleston and our host, Steve, was terrific. The house was as described and Steve made sure we were completely satisfied with the accommodations. Our group of 5 women were able to feel comfortable with the 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms easily met our needs. A kitchen fully equipped with all the right tools, and a popcorn maker with the corn and oil made for a fun snack at the end of the day once we wrapped up our time downtown. Easy access, either walking or by Uber, we readily made our way to town. Plenty of space for us to hang out and catch up during our girls weekend. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Stay in Charleston
We had a lovely stay in Charleston. This home was well stocked and beautifully renovated. We enjoyed time reading on the front porch rocking chairs and walked the town each day finding amazing places to eat and drink as we walked. Our dog loved the porch and front fenced yard. It was lovely.

Charleston Visit
The home is very nice. A lot of work was put into this home to make it very comfortable. The owners have really made this into a wonderful house to stay in while visiting Charleston. The most popular part of Charleston is 1-2 miles away. I always appreciate the extra effort owners make so that guests feel welcome by insuring the house is ready for your visit.

Beautiful Home Away from Home
Our recent stay at the stunning blue house was nothing short of amazing! The house itself was absolutely beautiful, with tasteful decor and great amenities. It was also incredibly well stocked, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable and cozy bedrooms. Steve, the host, was exceptional. He was so gracious and friendly, ensuring our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation and we can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Great Family Get-away
Well maintained property. Owner was very helpful when we had questions. He re-located the grills to make it more convenient for us to use them. Even though we checked out at noon, he was very generous to allow our son and his girlfriend to leave their luggage in the house for hours since they weren’t flying out till later that evening. There were lots of extras in the house for our convenience- laundry detergent, napkins, paper towels, spices, and so on.

Perfect host and home!
This property was amazing! The interior of the home has obviously been renovated recently and their attention to detail was very impressive. They clearly spent much time and money on this renovation! The home was spotless and we never had a single issue during our stay. We loved the front porches with rocking chairs to enjoy the warm weather. We walked to King Street several times (where many nightlife locations and restaurants are) and it was less than a mile walk through nice neighborhoods. 10/10 experience and would love to stay here on out next trip down! Would certainly recommend the hosts and their home to everyone.

Fabulous Getaway!
Steve, the owner, was a FANTASTIC host. The home was gorgeous - nicely decorated and very clean - beds were so comfortable and our teenage sons enjoyed competing against each other on Pac Man and making popcorn in the old-fashioned maker. Everything you need stocked for a wonderful stay - enough coffee to get you started, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom, plenty of towels (even special makeup wash clothes). Pet friendly with a fenced in yard, our pups loved sitting out on the front porch and roaming the yard greeting neighbors. Centrally located - we visited King Street, Mount Pleasant, Folly Beach and Isle of the Palms, everything is less than 15 minutes away. Very nice Publix grocery store less than a mile from the house. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer, we will be back for sure!

This is a beautiful and spacious home that is very thoughtfully appointed. Lights and ceiling fans have remote controls. There are wireless charging pads throughout the house. The kitchen amenities (available cookware) are plentiful, along with an outdoor grill. Both Jason and Steve responded to any inquiries via the Vrbo app. Steve was staying in the carriage house on property and was readily available for any issues during our stay. The house is within walking distance of several fast food restaurants, as well as Publix grocery.
