With one off-street parking space at your disposal, you can feel free to leave your car behind, walk to the best of historic Charleston, and return home to refresh your clothes in the private washer/dryer before dinner out on the town. Spend your evenings unwinding on plush furnishings in the living room or retreating to the comfort of the primary suite.

This beautiful, multi-level condo is centrally located in Charleston's French Quarter District, within walking distance of the city's most acclaimed restaurants and fascinating attractions. Within a few blocks are the Historic Charleston City Market, the lovely expanse of Joe Riley Waterfront Park overlooking Charleston Harbor, and a vast assortment of art galleries, boutiques, and incredible restaurants such as Husk and FIG. Stroll through the district to admire some of the city's loveliest architecture, or head one mile north to Liberty Square to hop on board a boat to Fort Sumter - the site that saw the first shots of the Civil War.

In the French Quarter
The history and art of Charleston is just outside your door. This is the perfect location. Walk to everything. Inside the two-story home above the gallery is a wonderful combination of convenience, beauty, and art - almost like living in a museum with enchanting paintings by the owners. There are two flights of stairs to keep you fit. This property is just the ticket if you want to immerse yourself in Charleston's art galleries, architecture, museums, eateries, and the street scene. You'll keep smiling at all the opportunities to indulge by staying 30 days in the French Quarter. Dock Street Theatre, Le Chambertin, 'Goat Sheep Cow' cheese shop are at your doorstep on Church Street. Look no further than your building for fine art, you are above the Hagan Fine Art Gallery. The city awaits your exploration. A delightful stay from start to finish. Vacasa was a very responsive host.

Wonderful large home and perfect quiet location!
The home is located inside the French quarter-walkable to great restaurants, shops and a park is a block away. It was very clean and comfortable. Note that the first floor of the home is actually above the art gallery so lots of stairs and another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms. We highly recommend this home.
