"Good holiday, nice and relaxing. Hotel in the perfect location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Food and drink as expected in the All Inclusive structure. Overall, I would consider returning to this hotel again because of the location. "

"Stayed here for a relaxing weeks holiday. Very very happy. Would definitely come back!.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was spot on.Everything you would need is a short walk. Breakfast was a really great selection. Had a couple of nights of entertainment. One was a great singer the other a lovely guy playing Spanish guitar. Both a felt were underappreciated as to a lack of turn out and lack of awareness unfortunately. But very much enjoyed. My only small gripe and im finding it hard to be negative is that you have to adapt to things quickly as you don't get much info on arrival. But like i say thats me being picky.Also the bar prices are not inflated like a hotel.So again another positive. Over all 9.9 out of 10"

"Great stay. A week of half-board, with a full day of organized activities to choose from every day. Very responsive, friendly and professional staff. We had rented an EV, and the hotel has two 11kW charging stations with dedicated parking space for EVs. One of them was working ok, and charging there was a breeze. Food is excellent with two main restaurants to choose from. There are two parts of this sprawling hotel, we stayed in the one further away from the beach and it was fine. Also location is very central to access all parts of the island. Nice walking/running trail along the beach to the nearby town. "

"We had a fantastic stay staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Our apartment was cleaned every day. There was a washing machine that included washing powder in the charge. Reception was great on arrival so we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay "

"We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. And there we find it good value. We again found it clean enough, bedding and towels changed regularly and with plenty to eat, Large rooms with private balconies nearly all with Sea/Pool views. We had a few maintenance issues, all of which were resolved quickly with the longest taking 48 hours. Food included roast joints, many species of fish, stroganoff, lots of salads, fruit etc. Being mid Atlantic, we would particularly encourage people to try all the varieties of fish even if you have never heard of them. Cost a fortune in UK. Admittedly they are not so good at chips. The staff are friendly and helpful, almost family. Sometimes though they are very busy, there can be 800 guests all wanting breakfast at the same time. They cater to guests from all over Europe so not all the staff are English fluent. Pick quieter times and double check they do understand your English. We tend to use a lot of cliches, idioms and sometimes say “can you” when we mean “will you”. Noise pretty much goes by 11.30pm although the Ents team will get louder as the older winter crowd are replaced by the summer families. Yes, the Spa needs some work but closing it would be a big impact on the guests for that month. Unlike mainland hotels, this hotel is nearly full all year round. And a shout out to Ellis"

"Overall very good and relaxing break at the hotel, the buffet breakfast was excellent and staff very polite and helpful. Will return again as enjoyed our stay, only downside was limited sun loungers on the outside balcony near the inside pool, spa was great and food was excellent "
