"A small glitch upon arrival as the keys were not in lockbox. we contacted the owner and she arrived in 10 minutes to give us keys. She offered us a ride to nearest store to pick up a few sundries. Owner was really kind. Flat was very clean and perfect for our needs. Location was good with practical services (bus, tube, trains) to get us where we needed to go. "My first impression was good. A very nice location with nearby bus stop and 2 railway stations. The bedsheets and the duvet were not cleaned. I got running nose and I was kind of sick when I reached room until I get out of the room in the morning. Another reason for this I think is there’s no ventilation with fresh air. "
