Guests bringing their own boat can launch at the Rocky Point Recreational Area about 5 mins from the house. Additional ramps are located at Dreher Island and the Hilton Recreation Area which are about 20 minutes from the house.

Please NOTE: The lake water level is regulated by Dominion Energy and is at its highest levels during the months of March through October each year. The level is lowered during the months of late October through February and can impact the ability to use the dock for boating/swimming.

Beautiful property
Our stay at this beautiful property on Lake Murray was nothing short of spectacular. The house was incredibly spacious and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views of the lake that made every moment special. We were impressed with how clean the house was upon arrival, and having a washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus. The hosts were exceptional, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out in a handy book, and we loved the thoughtful touch of the cute guest book where we could share our experiences. The lake itself was pristine, making our paddleboarding adventure a memorable first-time experience. The friendly neighbors and the daily sightings of deer added an extra layer of charm to our stay. We truly wished we could have extended our time here. This property exceeded all our expectations and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Great Lake house
Highly recommend. The pictures make the house seem bigger and newer, with only two bathrooms it was tight. The bathrooms need remodeling. Everything else was well marked and working properly. Great rock to swim off or tie up to.

Graduation Getaway
We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from the University of South Carolina and wanted to stay a few days to celebrate. We had a fabulous time. Even though it was December, the kids kayaked and fished. Property was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we need. The foosball table was lots of fun. Hosts were very responsive. I am sure this home is AMAZING in the summer! We may be back! :)

Great amenities and a wonderful view
The property is located in a very picturesque part of the lake and has an unobstructed view of the water. The screened porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. All advertised amenities (kayaks, games, etc.) were availble and were in good condition. The property is very clean and modern and is nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation
The house is perfect! It has plenty of space to be together as a family but also areas to get away (if needed! Lol) the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans for cooking. We grilled most nights and that was easy to use too. The location on the lake is amazing! We loved the paddle boards and the kayak and watching the turtles in the cove! We rented a pontoon and were on the lake all day. It was a great week and we highly recommend this house if you’re coming to Lake Murray!!

great place to relax
We stayed just for a long weekend and didn't leave the property except for a short visit to the grocery store and somewhere for fishing poles and accessories. The kids had hours of fun just jumping off the dock and using the paddleboards and kayak. We cooked dinners on the grill and in the well-equipped kitchen. and had fires in the fire pit each evening. It was a perfect spot for a very relaxing weekend. And the house could not have been cleaner or more inviting.

This house has it all! It is clean, well, equipped, beautiful view, lots of extra amenities to keep everyone happy. Our weekend weather was terrible, but we made the most of it. This property was great. it has been beautifully redone. The interior was clean and new and the exterior spaces were very usable and perfect for hanging out. we did not have time to use the lake, but the dock was awesome. i enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset from the back yard. the beds were comfortable which is a must. i would definately rent this prperty again!

Perfect house for family time away.
Absolutely nothing but good things about Lori and Judd’s lake house. Clean, organized and the layout was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our morning coffee, with sunrise view, and evenings on the back deck. Communication with the hosts were quick and friendly.
