The facility itself was lovely. It was a spacious 2-bedroom condo on the first floor with a rooftop patio above. It was in a gated community that felt safe and other residents were nice to get to know. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable.
It was a little confusing to have instructions for check-in sent to us soon before we arrived that were different from instructions provided earlier.
We appreciated the prompt attention to getting drinking water the day we came when we told management that the bottles of water located on the property were empty. However, there was no instruction on how often the water bottles would be re-filled.
We had concerns that we brought to the attention of management, but were not addressed the 2 weeks we were there. These included:
1. The Expedia description said there was cable TV but there was not. One TV had Netflix. The other TV had access to Netflix if we put in our own subscription. No live TV was available.
2. The Expedia description said that was a hairdryer. There was not.
3. A window of the 2nd bedroom would not lock.
3. Instructions for use of appliances (eg microwave) were not available.
4. Detergent for the washing machine is located in a un-identified bag in the housecleaners' closet, and there is no instructions for how much to use.
5. Ants came into the kitchen.
6. We lost hot water some while showering.
7. Some basics were not evident (eg sponge, bath mats except old ones found in housecleaners' areas).
