Experience the best of Lake Chapala living in this stunning, fully renovated house, perfectly situated in the heart of San Antonio. With 2200 sq ft of living space, this property boasts a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 70" smart TV in the living room, and a 65" TV in the master bedroom, both fully equipped with the newest Amazon Fire sticks. Enjoy modern furnishings, a full-size gas stove, full-size double door fridge with ice maker, and filtered water, as well as wireless fiber internet and triple filtered water faucet on the kitchen counter. The property features a washer and dryer, tankless hot water on demand, and newly installed solar panels. Take advantage of the outdoor living space, complete with an outdoor dining area and lounge area, and enjoy the lake and mountain views. Two high-end mountain bikes are provided for guests to use while staying on property. This self-check-in property is steps away from amazing restaurants, shops, and the bus, making it the perfect retreat for those looking to experience the best of Lake Chapala.
We have added a new 600sq/ft outdoor patio with mountain and lake views complete with outdoor dining area, outdoor sofas with patio umbrellas and lounge chairs to sit out and enjoy the fantastic weather morning, noon or night on the roof top of the guest house.

We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us. Just for fun we have installed a Video game stick on the living room TV that has 20,000 of the best games for you to enjoy!

Too short of a stay
The whole package. From the welcome from the owners to the going upstairs, and seeing the property was a wow it was exceptionally clean, spotless, and what I like more at home is the comfortable clean factor. Everything else has its place and so much equipment. very clean and top of the line appliances. And lots of places to venture, and the bed? Don’t have about that. Very clean and confertable. Felt very safe there, could have stayed a month!!!
