Private: natural state property 500 m2 (fenced), roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 7 km, supermarket 7 km, bathing lake "La Jemaye" 17 km. Riding stable 50 m. Nearby attractions: Brantôme 37 km, Bergerac 40 km, Neuvic (ferme à caviar) 7 km, Neuvic (ferme d'autruches) 7 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.

Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo) extra) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 15 m2, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the floors.
