"The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. There was also a non-working smoke alarm in a drawer. The bed was comfortable and the location near the slopes and ski bus stop was excellent. "This is a superb property for a family holiday in the Alps, summer or winter. The property is well furnished, very clean, warm, and in a great location. The main centre of Les Deux Alpes is about 15 mins walk away, but in Winter you have the free shuttle bus running all day. Walking back is uphill but its fine. Although the property sleeps up to 6, its best for 3 kids and 3 adults. The immediate location of LDA 1800 is well equipped with bars and restaurants, and ski hire shops are plentiful....

"Belle semaine en famille aux 2 Alpes dans un appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Le quartier est calme et la navette (toutes les 20min) juste en face de l'appartement permet de rejoindre gratuitement le centre de la station en 10min. Le retour des pistes peut se faire skis aux pieds. Et le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif. Nous recommandons cette location !"

"We had a fantastic stay here, with plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 children. The location is perfect for access to the slopes with the Village lift and a piste only 100m away. Les Deux Alpes 1800 is much quieter than the main town, but there are a few restaurant options and a supermarket which made it perfectly adequate for our needs. "Stunning area, loads to do. Great value property. We drove over to see the Tour de France, apparently some years it comes right past the house but not this year unfortunately. Bar/ restaurant up the road did great home cooked food for two nights we were here that Kate organised for us for two courses for twelve euros which was great value too. We will be back!"
