"David was super nice and helpful. We got an upgrade to an apt due to them being full which he gave tu us, as a family, which was just so nice. The bus ride is very easy into San Sebastian and the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. I fully recommend. "

"Great location for a short visit. Comfortable accomodation. The receptionist greeted us but we never saw anyone after that probably because it was a weeken. Guests are expected to communicate with staff via WhatsApp. It is very easy to miss the entrance as it is poorly signposted. There is a small sticker on the frame of the heavy door. The entrance is to the left of the ground floor burger king. Hotel is above it. "

"Très belle chambre, confortable et propre. 2 salles de bain complètes à quelques pas de chaque chambre pour environ 6 chambre. Belles et propres aussi. L'emplacement est fabuleux sur une rue piétonne près de plein de restos et de la mer. Il faut environ 10 minutes pour se rendre au parking payant 27 Euro/jour mais ça vaut le coup. "Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this."

"Excellent. Everything was great. Hotel is lovely, staff friendly and professional. Check in with Christian was the best we’ve ever had….and we travel a lot. House keeping manager came to introduce herself, and fulfilled every request. The room was spacious and immaculate The lobby bar was very good. Highly recommend this property. "
