"Beautiful family chateau, plenty of space. Large rooms downstairs for entertaining, relaxing and playing pool. Two kitchens, with all the facilities you would expect including a plethora of utensils.. All Main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and all with baths. Pool is a short walk from the rear of the chateau and the grounds are fabulous with a stream and a boat. "Such a lovely house. Great remote location. Master suite is very impressive. Pool is great. Large gardens with ample garden furniture. Pool table is a nice touch. Approx 50 mins to beaches."

"We were given a warm friendly welcome from owner Nicolas who showed us around his lovely homely farmhouse. The house looked stunning in the warm Charentes sunshine and is set in magnificent gardens filled with flowers and a fascinating variety of trees including cherry, apple, fig, olive, chestnut etc, etc. The top of the garden has space for games and would be great for kids.
