Indoor Areas
The 600m2 property spreads in three levels and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests and up to 16 if needed. Built with the utmost comfort of our guests in mind, the seven en-suite bedrooms, two pools (one heated), spa area with hot tub and sauna and two kitchens offer privacy among your group when you need it. The minimal design, light spaces and open plan areas give a relaxing vibe to the dwelling and make feel right at home.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Alveo Del Mare is complemented by a relaxing lounge with sofa seating for 14, 86 Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, Playstation 5, opening to the outdoor dining area and pool terrace. Next to it, a soothing spa area with wooden sauna for five and shower allows you to pamper yourself without even leaving the Villa. Also, a six seater hot tub offers hydromassage, aromatherapy and chromotherapy functions, as well as swim-up access to the pool. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen with professional cooking appliances features a wine cooler, gas grill and two refrigerators and indoor dining area for six. An elevator connects all floors of the property, so you can have easy access to all levels. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower cabin with a hydromassage column is available for common use.
The ground floor is also home to four of the bedrooms of Villa Alveo Del Mare, all of which are equipped with 43 smart TV, mini fridge, open closet, individually controlled A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage column. In more detail:
- Bedroom 1: Swim-up bedroom with its own private double day bed and lounge area with sofa and 1,80 X 2,00 bed.
- Bedroom 2: Swim-up bedroom with its own private double day bed and 1,80 X 2,00 bed.
- Bedroom 3: Swim-up bedroom with its own private double day bed and 1,80 X 2,00 bed.
- Bedroom 4: Bedroom with a 1,60 X 2,00 bed and access to a decorative patio.
Mezzanine
- Bedroom 5: One more bedroom with 1,80 X 2,00 bed, 43 smart TV, mini fridge, open closet, built-in sofa bed, individually controlled A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage column and views to the pool can be found on the mezzanine.
First Floor
Reaching the first floor, guests can find the main living room boasting a 86 smart TV, seating area with three sofas, direct access to the heated pool and spacious veranda with ample seating space. An additional kitchen, also providing full equipment and all essential appliances, american-style fridge, induction hobs with integrated extraction hood and indoor dining area for six, as well as the main indoor dining area for 14 guests, are perfect to enjoy a homemade meal with your loved ones. Last but not least, an additional WC and the laundry room offering a washer and dryer are also located on this level.
Second Floor
On the second floor, guests can find the two remaining bedrooms, as well as a secondary living area with corner sofa, second 43 smart TV and mini fridge, offering an additional lounging space.

Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Alveo Del Mare covers 1350 m2 and offers ample space for all guests to relax and unwind all day long. The facilities include:
- A stunning, private, 250m2 50 meter long swimming pool (1,00 - 1,60 m deep) that runs along the full length of the property and offers swim-up access to three of the ground floor bedrooms and is equipped with five in-pool double day beds (1 m deep). An outdoor shower is also available.
- A private, 36 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,60 m deep with step access that can also be heated upon advance request with a daily charge which can be accessed from the first floor. This pool area is equipped with a large corner sofa and 4 sun beds.
- ?utdoor dining area for 14 guests. The structure of the building expands to the outdoors, providing natural shade to the outdoor dining area.
- Large lawn covered areas with plants and trees are ideal for the kids to play, while the ping pong table will keep them entertained.
