"We liked everything about the property. It's brand new, extremely clean, close to everything. A lift and car park was on the property, eady to access. Close to the centre. Niki the manager welcomed us with open arms. Niki was so friendly, kind and very helpful. You wouldn't find a better host or a better apartment. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Portou House. Our room was on the top floor. There was some hanging space but not a lot of storage other than one drawer. The bed was really comfortable and toiletries and a hairdryer were peovided. The room would benefit from soundproofing as there was a bit of noise from a nearby restaurant, however this did not spoil our stay. The rooms are in a great location. We would definitely return. "

"This is the best apartment I've ever stayed in. It is spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped, full size oven and refrigerator, they have thought of everything. It felt like home, I didn't want to leave. I met the cleaning lady Maria in the stair case and she said do not hesitate to ask if I needed anything. "Great location right by the harbor. Taxis won’t go to the place due to the narrower streets but you will be dropped off 2-3 blocks away and get to walk to this great location. Graffiti seems to be common but don’t let that deter you. Every morning we walked two minutes to get to the harbor and do our daily morning walk and every evening we had a fantastic dinner by the harbor. Great shopping options nearby and for coffee lovers check out Monogram Coffee about four blocks away. Best coffee in...

"This place is fantastic. Walkable to old town Chania, grocers and bakery’s super close. Parking was sort of included, only two spots, had to park on street twice but even that was close. Great apartment. Washing machine came in clutch. "
