"You NEED to stay here on Isla Colon. A short taxi ride into Bocas Town for nightlife but farther out of town for a restful and quiet time. Richard’s place is beautiful with garden and a relaxing pool. Right across from a sweet little restaurant and directly across from a cute little beach. Listen to the waves put you to sleep and the monkeys to wake you up. Richard is so helpful and really wants you to have a great holiday. Would definitely recommend to anybody. "

"The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue in my room and Olivia responded right away and dealt with the issue even though it was later in the evening. Lots of wildlife around! The beach is great for surfing or for strolling around. It is further away from Bocas town and requires a taxi ride charging $20 one way. "

The caretakers were very hospitable and available to help with whatever you needed help with. My husband and I received a massage from their recommended massage therapist and it was wonderful! "Very noisy due to construction. Shower slidding door didn’t work and small sink was inconvenient to use. Stairs safety hand rail was not firm and felt unsafe. Stairs were too steep and unsafe going to second floor beds . TV didn’t offer channel variety and remote control didn’t operate. Overall it was a poor experience which I will not repeat."
