"Nice hotel. Reception gave us a room well before check in time. Excellent offering in restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Pool is shaded for most of the day though."

"Easily one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Impeccable service and standards. We stayed at three hotels in Kolkata for our trip and this was the clear winner for us. The staff were very helpful and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Everyone from the concierge, house keeping, fnb services and the Taj club were so welcoming and accommodating. A shout out to Bimal, Kishan, Rajesh and the team we met in the Taj Club for their impeccable hospitality. There was a particular lady from the Taj Club that really stood out from the rest but unfortunately we didn't get her name. Defintiely would stay here again! "

The hotel's restaurant served a variety of dishes with a special emphasis on Bengali cuisine, which I absolutely loved. The food was flavorful, and I particularly enjoyed the local delicacies. The breakfast Buffett was also a highlight, offering wide range of options, from continental to local Indian dishes. Overall, a memorable experience."
