Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Worst Hotel ever
Right from the start, smell of urine and mold. Bathroom smelly and dirty, window cells with bird droppings, loose electrical wires. Moved to a different room, Toilet doesn’t flush, no hot water. Finally decided to leave and get a different hotel. Worst experience EVER. On top of that Expedia didn’t help much either. I was on the phone with them for almost 2 hours and they still didn’t resolve the issue.
