"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to guide and ensure such parking is duly followed...we saw just one guy at the gate for the whole huge property...just not happening!! Also room maintenance has deteriorated lot of cob webs flimsy electrical fixtures/old bathroom fixtures not working in full capacity(jacuzzi especially) deep cleaning needed regularly..this was our 2nd stay after 4 years and prices are sky rocketed not justified for such mediocre facility. That said breakfast was awesome and staff friendly and responsive to calls....not sure if I'll stay again here given the price to property/facilities provided."

"The hotel is new, clean and gorgeous. The rooms are lovely and quiet. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I ordered a bunch of room service foods which were well presented but just okay. "

"Took this hotel for being cheap (perhaps with the last bits of building being completed - unobtrusively). The room was great, good A/C, comfy bed, decent bathroom. All way better than the price suggests. Handy for shopping, even if not in the city centre, with a pleasant restaurant on site. Helpful, polite staff, too. Would use again."

"Excellent and caring concern for elderly guests. A peaceful haven in a busy noisy city. Rooms were comfortable with good facilities. We particularly liked our balcony. A wide range of excellent food was available. We enjoyed sitting by the swimming pool as well as using the gym and spa facilities. Had it's own Indian heritage character which. we enjoyed "

"Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea,coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has good space and ambiance…. We tried few veg items, there is scope for improvement there.. we tried pool as well, it was clean and ample space with chairs to sit. Liked it."
