Beautiful holiday home with pond in Champvert

Located in Champvert, this picturesque mansion is perfect for a weekend getaway. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and 3 bedrooms. This mansion has a private terrace overlooking a pond for you to get refreshed after a long day.

Champvert town centre is 2 km away from the mansion.

The terrace can be used to relish a lovely barbecue meal with your family. A high chair and children’s bed are provided for the kids to enjoy. You can rent the heating if required while staying at the mansion. You can park your vehicles in the parking available. Billiards can be played with your dear ones. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated in the mansion.

The guests' can check-in 4 to 6 PM and check-out from 9-10 AM.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Der große Garten ist fantastisch, das Haus liegt absolut ruhig. Wohn und Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, einzig die Küche ist sehr dunkel und die Ausstattung (Besteck, Töpfe) sind nicht von guter Qualität. Das hat den Aufenthalt aber insgesamt nur leicht beeinträchtigt.

Dieses alte Landhaus ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr sauber und ansprechend. Es bietet sehr viel Platz und auch im Außenbereich eine wunderschöne Terrasse und einen wunderschönen Blick übers Land. Es ist sehr ruhig, und die Erholung stellt sich sofort ein. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sofort vor Ort, wenn etwas gebraucht wird, ich würde dieses Haus jedem empfehlen und hoffe, dass ich selbst noch einmal Zurückkommen werde.

22 juli 2023 Een prachtig landhuis met grote tuin en vijver. Ideale vakantie voor wie houdt van wat rust en kalmte. Het huis is opgedeeld in verschillende grote leefgedeeltes, elk aangekleed met authentieke meubelen. heel gezellig voor wie daar van houdt. Gezellig en rustig terras met zicht op de grote tuin. De eigenaars wonen in een ander deel van het huis maar zijn heel vriendelijk en laten u gewoon genieten. éen minpuntje misschien, vooral met kinderen is de WIFI of het telefoonbereik. Aangezien het wat afgelegen ligt, is er weinig bereik. Super vakantie! Bart

de aankomst was zeer welkom ondanks wij geen frans konden en de eigenaarresse alleen maar , kwamen we vlot aan alle info ook waar we alles konden vinden in de omgeving . we waren met onze twee honden en schokken in eerste instantie van de honden rondom . maar totaal geen last van gehad . eentje die steeds op visite kwam voor zijn honden koekje gezellig mooie omgeving volop ruimte en rust we zijn er met plezier n week geweest

We zijn heel prettig ontvangen door de eigenaren. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken, daar mee bedoel ik, zelfs een pak koffie, suiker enz. Het huis staat vol antiek, een eldorado voor antiek liefhebbers zoals wij. Bedden lagen zalig. Het huis is echt enorm groot.

Sehr schönes Landhaus, wo man sich gut erholen kann
Wir, eine Schweizer 3 Generationen Familie haben zu fünft und mit zwei Golden Retrievers eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus und auf dem Anwesen von Frau und Herrn Marcoult genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Infrastruktur ist komplett. Da wir nicht TV schauten, störte es auch nicht, dass es keine deutschsprachigen Programme hatte. Der Garten ist ein Traum, Bäume Sträucher Pflanzen, wirklich eine Pracht. Der Teich lädt zum Fischen ein. Unsere Hunde konnten sich jederzeit im Garten und Haus frei bewegen. Nachteil, man muss sich schon ein wenig achten, dass man nicht auf die Überbleibsel der Hunde (unsere Goldies und den anwesenden Jagdhunden, meistens im Zwinger) drauftritt. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in einem kleinen Laden (auch am Sonntag geöffnet), wo man die meisten Esswaren erhält, die man benötigt, guter Käse, sehr gutes einheimisches Fleisch. Unsere beiden jüngsten Girls (2 und 4) und wir um die 40 und 67 wären am liebsten geblieben. Wir werden wiederkommen. Zu allerletzt, die Gastgeber sind ein sehr sympathisches Ehepaar.

Heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse die overigens netjes een belvilla bordje langs de weg had geplaatst. Anders zou je zo de enorme oprijlaan in de bossen voorbij rijden! Wat een fantastisch huis en tuin om heerlijk tot rust te komen!! Allemaal enorm ruime kamers en wij (gezin met 2 jongens van 19 en 21) hebben iedere avond dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de biljartkamer. Wij vonden de omgeving meer geschikt voor fietsers dan voor wandelaars. Er is wel bos maar niet echt goed beloopbare paden er doorheen. Wel reeeen en eekhoorns te zien op eigen perceel!!

Dit was een heerlijk rustige regio met op betrekkelijk korte afstanden goede culturele bezienswaardigheden. Autun was bijvoorbeeld een voltreffer met o.a. het evenement vol Vlaamse kunstenaars. Het zeer ruime landhuis was erg comfortabel en stijvol (enkel de laatste toevoegingen met ikea-achtige opsmuk was dissonant). Met de vrienden gebiljart, lekker gekookt in de keuken, goed geslapen met een slaapliedje door de neerstrijkende bijeneters... De ernaast residerende eigenaars waren zeer hartelijk doch discreet. Hun jachthonden konden we dagelijks kort begroeten. De hitte was wel groot maar dat was overal zo deze zomer. Een fijne plek vakantie te vieren met vrienden of familie!

It looks just like the photos. If you love the photos you will love this place. It is so peaceful and quite. The gardens are so tranquil and there is so much bird and animal life to remind us city dwellers what it is really like to live in a small country town. There are plenty of very nteresting and very different towns and villages within a 45 min drive and we even jumped on a fast train to Paris for a day without any hassle or issues (45 min drive and 2 hours on the train) The only negative is we did get caught out a few times trying to find somewhere to eat when everything was closing at 1.30pm and many not reopening until 7pm. (plan ahead) The house is huge and I would recommend it for larger groups otherwise it may feel a bit empty (we had a party of 6 people) The owners are lovely and although they speak very little English we managed communication between our two cultures. 5 star holiday.

Als je op zoek bent naar rust en groen en je verblijft graag in een stevig en robuust gebouw met geschiedenis is dit een absolute aanrader. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijke, lieve mensen die je alle rust gunnen en je persoonlijke levenssfeer eerbiedigen. Je mag vrij rondlopen op het domein en je kunt vanuit eindeloos ver kijken. Heel ontspannend. Decize, de Loire, Le Canal de Nivernais liggen vlakbij. Je kan er wandelen en om te fietsen is het er ideaal. Boodschappen doen? Op geen tien minuutjes ben je met de wagen aan het warenhuis.
