"Fantastic hotel, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Ski shop had great rental options and equipment was in very good condition. Ski room was nice and lockers had plenty of room for all gear for 2 people. Ate at Altayaki the first night and it was very good. Breakfast buffet was also amazing every morning. Would definitely recommend for a ski trip and would book again."

"The hotel is nice, really good breakfast! Location is perfect! We had a room for 2 ppl which was nice but rooms a very tight. Pool has nice warm water, sauna and steam room are great! Too bad it’s only open till 8 pm. "

"Really nice place. Clean and modern and very easy ski-in/ski-out. Elevators are an issue at times, but that is my only co plaint. Otherwise a great hotel. And the elevator is a nuisance, not a serious problem."

"We stayed at Le Fitz Roy last year and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay again for this year's Val Thorens ski trip. This hotel is in the perfect ski-in-ski-out location at the bottom of the plain sud piste and also in the middle of town - ideal for bars, restaurants and shopping. Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing. "This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et offre une vue magnifique. La cuisine est très bien équipée, et la terrasse est particulièrement agréable. Seul petit bémol : l’agencement du logement en deux parties et le bruit des tuyauteries, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés d’apprécier pleinement notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! "The hotel from hell. They say check-in is from 4pm which is already quite late, but don’t expect to get your room key until 6pm. Chaotic queues at check-in and it took people several hours before they got their room keys. Apart from that the hotel is run-down, tired and untidy. Certainly not worth the price. In the end we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. We were only too happy to move on in the morning."
