"New condo. It’s not beat up from renters yet so enjoy it while it’s impeccable! The best location on the waterfront in Colonial Beach. Walk to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Fish off the pier in the back or enjoy the view from the balcony. Highly recommend this place! "
