2 Ponds - Rustic Mountain Cabin

Beautiful mountain home mins. to Seven Springs Resort. Great for large groups and families! Much larger than it looks in pictures. Plenty of room for 12 people. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to have a great stay! Outdoor Fire pit area, 2 private ponds great for fishing with kids.

Enjoy skiing, golfing, Sporting clays, sightseeing, fishing, whitewater rafting, wine tours, and nature in the beautiful Laurel Highlands!

At 2 Ponds our Rustic Mountain Getaway sits back off of County Line Rd, between the North Entrance and Main Entrance of 7 Springs Mountain Resort.

Recently stocked pond, great for kids to fish in; catch and release please.

Beautiful property
My family of 8 adults very much enjoyed our stay! Sadly it was only 2 nights though. Everyone had comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a sizeable kitchen to hang out, eat, and play games. We also enjoyed the pool table! All communication with the owner was very prompt! We highly recommend staying here!

Ski Trip
School was out - took kids to 7springs. Unseasonably warm but kids still had blast. Location of house was perfect, 2min drive - easy drop off at main lift. We were family friends of 12 ppl - able to spread out - pool table was nice bonus; TV in every room! The grounds were pretty and private with market a block away. We thoroughly enjoyed the house!

Great house in a fantastic location for Seven Spring, PA
We loved the house. It had an awesome mountain cabin vibe, was 100 yards from the local market/grocery store and so close to the resort it was like being on the property. Definitely will be coming back, thanks for a great family weekend!

Perfect Place
We had a wonderful stay here for a family/friend gathering. We loved the rustic charm and character of this place! It was clean and we had plenty of room for our large group. We loved the location among the trees and huge windows for a view of the ponds. The short drive to Seven Springs for skiing and a nearby hiking trail made it very convenient for our group.

Thanksgiving in Laurel Mountains
My daughter and her family and I had a wonderful get-away up into the Seven Springs resort area for Thanksgiving. 2Ponds is a beautiful cabin with all the amenities one would expect at a first-class resort. Being the patriarch of the family, I was awarded the beautiful master bedroom with en suite bath. The entire home will impress anyone.

Lots of family fun at 2 ponds
The house is bigger than the pictures show. Great yard and firepit. Very private. Lots to do in the area with kids and adults. All the kids and grandkids really enjoyed fishing in the ponds. Would definitely go back.

Laurel Highlands Labor Day Weekend Away
The owner is very easy to communicate with. The property location is excellent, close to 7 Springs, Ohiopyle, several state parks and even the Lady Luck Casino. The house itself was really nice, with plenty of room for the eight of us (4 couples). We wanted a quiet weekend in the Laurel Highlands, and this home provided it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Very nice Pennsylvania Laurel Highlands mountain retreat!

Best family place in the Mountains!
This was the second time we stayed in this lovely home. My parents are older and we like the family to be together in one place for the holidays. This home is so awesome. We all played games in the kitchen where there’s tons of seating. The big beautiful fireplace in the living room where we gathered to watch movies. The access to amazing trails and tremendous views from the windows and balconies of the home. The pool table room is an added bonus! Keith is wonderful host and available right away for you. This home is a 10+ vacation

It was close to the resort. Large kitchen area for all of us to gather. Every bedroom had its own bath. Easy access. Owner was available for questions. The only problem was regulating the heat in the bedrooms.

A break in the mountains
An exceptional house in the center of the Laurel Highlands allowed for a break from Pittsburgh stress. Well-supplied and located, we enjoyed our stay, in spite of a series of issues (leaking fridge, microwave failure, grill with no gas). The pond supplied fun for all ages (small bluegills). Seven Springs itself is not particularly useful this summer with its poorly marked trails and mostly closed facilities, but the house and Laurel Hill State Park were sufficient entertainment for the length of our stay. We would definitely return.

Beautiful house needs some TLC
Guys retreated 10 friends. The home is very nice along with the property the ponds had plenty of fish! , outdoor area was accommodating, the bed situation for 10 individuals isn’t though. There are only 6 real beds, and a few of those mattresses need to be updated!. It has a daybed trundle and 2 pull out sofa beds that are completely unsuitable for especially for adults. Thankfully, we brought air mattresses to accommodate our needs Had problems with the range Top, or few of the electric burners are loose and keep coming unplugged and not working. Refrigerator is small and missing door shelves. The oven is older and isn’t temperature. Consistent.. kitchen utensils are old and inadequate.. beautiful 9 foot pool table, but barely usable! The felt is completely worn out and all the bumpers are loose. Both need to be replaced. Only one pool stick was actually usable. we had a great time there, but it could’ve been Alot better with a few updates.

Beyond Expectations
This home was great. Never thought it could be better than the pictures. Once inside we were in awe at the woodwork throughout the entire place. The rooms were large but still cozy. The fireplace in the main living room was more than grand. There is a bathroom for every bedroom and still one left over. None of us is really into pool but it was a great gathering space. By the end of the weekend we were all much better players. Everyone participated in a couple games. The u shape table in the kitchen is fabulous. Only problem was, it was not good for playing board games or cards with a large group. It was great for pictionary. Would also be good to sit at for 2 person board games. The kitchen was well equipped and neat and clean. Microwave didn't work but we worked around that. We took our own kitchen towels and that was a good idea. We took our own wood which was the best thing. We had a roaring fire in living room each night which the ladies just loved. We found a Christmas tree with little woodland animals on it and it was the perfect addition to sitting by the fire with the lights off and just the glow of the fire and the tree. Lighting was a little tricky as one side of the room controls off and on and the other side of the room has the dimmer. This was present in most of the common rooms, however there was not a bad room in the place. The fireplace between the pool room and the bedroom was awesome. It heated both rooms with no problems. The land surrounding the home was beautiful. Our only suggestion would be a fire ring or something of that sort on the back patio. That would be a very nice addition. The 2 ponds were incredible to look at and walk around. We had gotten snow that night and when we woke in the morning the scenery was breathtaking. This home is clean, neat and superb. We have suggested it to our family and friends as a future place they may like to rent with their own groups. We will DEFINATELY be back. Thank you Keith.
