"This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. Because it was late, the bar was no longer serving food, so one of the receptionists helped me find some dinner from the kitchen. All through, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. I was a bit traumatised by the late change to my travel plans, but this hotel made me feel really at home. The breakfast the next morning was really lovely too. Thank you so much. "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Reims. We chose this hotel for close proximity to the train station, which is directly across the street. Complimentary breakfast was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and nicely presented. We will recommend this hotel to friends and clients and will return for another stay. "

"Great value hotel on the outskirts of Reims with easy, free parking. Room was very spacious & clean. Large bathroom area with a good shower & separate toilet. Staff friendly & efficient. Perfect for our stay as we spent the afternoon in Reim (parked in the center) & came out to the hotel for the evening. Good location to continue our journey the next morning. L’eclerc just over the road for petrol & anything else you need. Great value. Would definitely stay again. "

"When we arrived there was no power for the rooms or key cards. Their seemed to be only one member of staff who was run ragged up and down stairs letting people into room as well as running reception. She took it all in her stride and was full of apologies. She deserves a pay rise and promotion for her efforts. We got power in the rooms later but still no key card. It didn't affect our stay. Location was great, room fine, staff excellent!"
