"Amazing house with big grounds, pool, hot tub. The property was spotless on arrival and we had a thorough tour from the pleasant owner. Kitchen had everything we needed, communal living area was spacious, big TV. Beds were made up and comfortable. Pool is heated and deep - it stayed warm and crystal clear for the whole week. The small town is a short walk for fresh bread every morning, and there was plenty to do in the area (when we could drag ourselves away from the pool). Excellent all round."

"My family and I have enjoyed a really lovely week in this great house. The property is very well equipped very comfortable and has everything you could need. There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home. One of the best things for me was that you don’t really need a car when you’re there. The local shops and bar are only a few minutes walk away and the big supermarket is just a short cycle...

"Who stayed: 2 families with young kids We had an amazing time in Sainte Gemme. The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly set up to welcome families. We really enjoyed the pool! We visited the zoo, La Rochelle and local vineyards while there. "

"Very nice and tidy house. We really loved it. Stayed there for 2 incredible weeks. Good French speaking is recommended for the landlady. Side activities like the Luna Park fair ground or tree climbing is possible nearby. Unfortunately, you need about 15 minutes to drive to the beach and the AC is only cooling the living room, not the bedrooms."
