Beautiful new house 3 km from the village of Champcevinel, in a quiet area, in a haven of greenery just a stone's throw from Périgueux, classified as a 'Town of Art and History' (St Front Cathedral, Vésone Tower, Gallo-Roman circuit, Medieval-Renaissance circuit, Mataguerre Tower, museums, etc.). 24 km from Brantôme (Abbey and village). Also worth seeing: Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem castles, Villars caves, St Jean de Côle village (Floralies on the weekend of May 8), Truffle ecomuseum and truffle trails in Sorges (17 km). 1 hour's drive from Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art) and Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage.
