I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 60 meter house, located only 6 minutes drive from the city center. It is composed of one bedroom and can accommodate up to 6 people. You will have a GARDEN and a Balcony which offers a nice VIEW on the Mountain, to relax during the beautiful alpine days.

My house is perfect for a family holiday.
You will have at your disposal a living room with two convertible sofas and a television, a bedroom with three single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
During your stay, you will have : Parking, Wifi, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Barbecue, Oven.
You will also have a nice garden and a balcony where you can relax or have lunch while enjoying the sun during the nice days!
You will have, not to mention, a magnificent view of the mountain.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

It is ideally located 6 minutes drive from downtown Chamonix where you will find everything you need: Bars, restaurants, casinos, stores, businesses ...
You will be 14 minutes by car from the ski area of Les Houches, 9 minutes from the famous Gaillands lake, the pedestrian street of Chamonix, the shops and the climbing site of Les Gaillands.
The Aiguille du Midi cable car is a 9 minute drive and the Grands Montets cable car is 11 minutes away. They will take you to the high mountains where you can admire the spectacular view of the valley.

For your daily shopping, you will find "L'Épicerie" at 9 minutes by foot.
You will also find ski rental stores close to the house such as: Rabbit On the Roof at 5 minutes walk and Ravanel & Co at 10 minutes.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking ...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
