It is 200 square meters, has a garden and a terrace and can accommodate up to 11 people.
You will stay ideally in a quiet area, close to all amenities and mountain activities.

## Logement
It includes:
+ a well-exposed, fully-equipped terrace with bench and table for 10 people,
+ an entrance hall with ski locker and space to store ski boots and coats,
+ a ground floor with :
- a single bedroom with washbasin and wardrobe,
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), washbasin, wardrobe and a magnificent view of the Drus,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be joined together, washbasin and wardrobe,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds, washbasin and wardrobe,
- one bedroom with a bunk bed, washbasin, wardrobe, desk area and small terrace overlooking the garden,
- two shower rooms with washbasins,
- a separate WC
- and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
+ a first floor with :
- a fully-equipped kitchen: Nespresso and filter machines, fruit press, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette, fondue and braserade machine, hoover, floorcloth and kitchen cupboard, etc.
- a dining room for up to 11 guests, but comfortable for 10;
- a lounge with a study area and panoramic views;
- a fireplace with wood burner (extra wood to be paid for by the tenant);
- a beautiful master bedroom with a 180cm bed, wardrobe and balcony and direct access to the bathroom with 2 basins, bath and separate WC.
Other facilities include: smart television, barbecue, iron, hairdryer, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The outside of the chalet offers parking for 4 vehicles and has a Tesla socket and a normal socket for your electric vehicles: if you wish to use the socket, you will have to pay extra depending on your needs and the charge required for your stay. We will discuss this together when you arrive.
Please note that the garden is shared with the neighbouring chalet and therefore not private.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
