A beautifully furnished, duplex, holiday apartment in Chamonix with an outdoor pool in summer, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second and third floors of the village old library.

The Old library is in the centre of Argentiere village, next to the Office du Tourisme.

The supermarket is 100m away and bars and restaurants close by make this a super convenient holiday location.

The two doubles and a twin room are serviced by two separate bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a massage bath and shower.

The property has a balcony that looks out over the main road and village square allowing you to watch village life go by whilst you relax after a day on the slopes.

A large TV screen with Apple Mac computer, Wii and BOSE sound system make up the extensive multimedia entertainment system.

The nearest ski lift is Grand Montets, which is 500m away and easily accessible by the free ski bus or on foot.

Loved Argentiere
Brilliant property in the heart of Argentiere. Ski buses to all areas regularly, easily walkable to the Grand Montets lifts. Three large bedrooms suited our party of 4 adults and 2 children perfectly. Fantastically equipped kitchen and entertainments systems, ski locker, two bathrooms incl a spa/jet bath....always welcome. Great communication and generous use of the property on the final day to store bags for a late flight out. Overall highly recommended, loved it.

Well equipped and spacious duplex apartment centrally located.
We found the property spacious, clean, well equipped and everything we had expected. It is close to a very well stocked supermarket, shops bars and restaurants. Our only frustration was the fact that the bar next door was very popular and more often than not there would be alot of noise from customers sitting outside until the early hours. We really should have realised it was going to be noisy being in the centre of the village nect to a bar...so a lesson learnt for us! Overall a wonderful stay, a great apartment, comfortably sleeping 6, situated in a perfect location for all the Chamonix Valley has to offer.

Great Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Library. Argentiere and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and convenient for groceries, a fabulous bakery, restaurants and nearby sights. We could not get movies to work on the TV, but were not really concerned as we did not come to Argentiere to watch TV. Booking, payment, check-in, check-out and return of our damage deposit was fast and simple. We would not hesitate to stay at the Old Library again.

We found the property just great. Extremely convenient location and good layout of rooms for privacy
Would recommend to others. The kitchen needs a microwave oven and we never figured out how to turn on TV but these were minor issues.

A lovely apartment with X box and Wii for the kids, can walk them to ski school which is a bonus after a few years of the bus! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Non précisé dans l'annonce: location jouxtant un bar ouvert un soir jusqu'à 2h30 du matin, musique à fond impossible de dormir; location au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur; route principale très fréquentée à côté donc très bruyant. Les désagréments à l'arrivée: les volets des velux censés protéger de la chaleur ne fonctionnaient pas et l'agence connaissait le problème; l'ampli du home cinéma était en panne donc pas de son sur la TV; la cafetière et les plaques du four étaient dans un état de saleté pitoyable ; la baignoire de la salle de bain était complétement bouchée par les cheveux et les dépôts de savon; le thermostat de la douche ne fonctionnait pas donc à moins de s'ébouillanter, impossible de prendre une douche. Le tarif du ménage de 300€ compris dans le prix de la location est incompréhensible puisque rien n'a été contrôlé. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location et éviterons toutes celles proposées par cette agence HOME CHAMONIX. C'est se moquer du monde.
