This 25 m² studio can accommodate up to 2 people and is available to rent in Chambéry. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A 20m² terrace with two sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Chambéry, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Le Nivolet "Les photos sont très belles mais la réalité est différente. Vue plus sur un immeuble pas très beau, buissons pas entretenus et la montagne derrière les arbres. Extérieur donnant directement sur un passage commun. Logement situé à proximité de la route donc très bruyant. Quartier pas très agréable. Le chauffe eau n avait pas été allumé et pas d eau chaude à notre arrivée pour prendre une douche. Et même mis en route il n a pas fonctionné, il a fallu que je le mette en marche forcée le lendemain matin donc douche à l eau froide.Une serviette de toilettes était pleiine de cheveux. Cuvette des wc très entartrée. Odeur pas très agréable Oreillers à changer plus aucune forme"
