"Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly and helpful staff. I would happily stay in the hotel ahaij because of the location and comfort of the hotel and nuce staff. My biggest issue is the shark in the tank, it has no room and is just constantly repeating the same movement and is in there alone. Please note this is not a good image on the hotel and a lot of other guests have mentoined this. The tank would be netter use for a few small fish. Please do the right thing and give the shark a...

"We had a really good stay. Room was a good size and perfectly clean. We had breakfast one morning which was of a good quality. Our only gripe was that we were only offered one key. Reception offered for us to leave with them but that didn’t help when one person went to bed early as it meant we had to bother reception to let us in as our friend had the key in the room after letting himself in. "

"We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "
