"Property is fantastic. Property owner was very good to deal with. However, the advertised pricing for property was not accurate. The advertised price was for 10 people. We had 6 people going so i booked it thinking i m paying for 10. Later 3 more people joined in, so 9 in total. I was told by property i had to pay for the 3 people. So i explained to him that the way Stayz advertised it was not accurate then. He was helpful though and could see where i was coming from. He did not charge extra and...

"I had an absolutely delightful stay at the farmhouse with my son. Every aspect was flawless, from the charming surroundings to the well-appointed accommodations. "We had a pleasant and fun short break. The place was clean and all amenities as per description. We were told about $100 cost for fire wood so we took our own. Over all we loved it and will be going back next year. Thanks Deb for hosting us."
