10 minutes from Chartre sur le Loir, close to the Châteaux de la Loire and the 24h of Le Mans circuit, gîte adjoining the owners' house, located halfway between Le Mans and Tours. Independent entrance and private enclosed garden.
Single storey gîte: lounge/living room (2-seater convertible). Independent equipped kitchen (2 induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, etc.), separate WC. Bathroom with large shower, 1 sink, washing machine. 1 large bedroom with 2 80cm beds that can be combined into 1 160cm bed, 2 80cm pull-out beds.
Wifi, TV.
Car park. Possibility of storing your bikes in a covered passage (Voie Verte less than a kilometer away)
Heating included.
Free baby kit on request (cot and high chair)
Sheet rental extra: €10/pers.
Additional cleaning fee, obligatory for professionals: €50
